Description Summary: Project ManagerLocation: Dayton, OhioADF Engineering is looking for a Project Manager to become a part of our team at our Miamisburg (South Dayton), Ohio offices.The successful candidate for this position will work on time and cost sensitive projects in a multi-disciplinary, team-based environment to provide customer-focused engineering consulting services. The successful candidate for this position must have the ability to develop positive working relationships with industrial customers to provide cost-effective solutions to their engineering needs.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or another related field is required.5+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in project delivery leading multi-discipline projects across different industriesAbility to manage budgets, schedules, and consulting teamsManage invoicing, create financial reports and manage profit profitabilityUnderstanding of industrial facilities, building systems, codes, and construction processesCommunication, leadership, and client management skillsExcellent writing abilities including proposals and project reports.Experience in the following areas is highly desirableConsulting engineeringInter-disciplinary teamsConstruction ManagementRetrofitting & expanding existing industrial facilitiesCompany DescriptionADF Engineering offers Proecss & Facility Engineering consulting services to Fortune 500 industrial clients across the U.S. and Canada.
