This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated insurance professional who enjoys building client relationships, generating new business, and providing outstanding customer service in a collaborative office environment.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain new Personal Lines insurance business through referrals, networking, and lead generationQuote, market, and sell Personal Lines policies including auto, home, renters, umbrella, and recreational vehicle coverageReview existing policies and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunitiesEducate clients on coverage options and recommend solutions tailored to their needsMaintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and agency staffProcess applications, policy changes, renewals, and follow-up communications accurately and efficientlyStay current on carrier guidelines, underwriting requirements, and industry trendsMeet or exceed sales and retention goalsQualifications:Previous Personal Lines insurance experience requiredActive Property & Casualty (P&C) License requiredStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsComfortable working in an In Office/Hybrid environmentInsurance agency management system experience preferredSchedule & Compensation:In Office/Hybrid opportunity in the Kitty Hawk, NC areaCompetitive compensation plus potential commission/bonus opportunitiesBenefits package available based on employer offeringsGrowth opportunity with an established agency
