US Sales & Trunk Show Representative

Each piece is designed and produced in Italy, with a focus on craftsmanship, individuality, and quiet confidence.We are seeking an experienced and highly trusted US Sales & Trunk Show Representative to represent MARCO DAL MASO across key retail partners and private client environments.This role is both commercial and relational; you will be responsible for driving sales, strengthening store relationships, and delivering exceptional in-person experiences through trunk shows and clienteling.You will act as a direct extension of the brand in the US.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute trunk shows and in-store activations across key retail partnersBuild strong relationships with store managers and sales associatesDrive sell-through performance within partner locationsDeliver a high-touch client experience aligned with luxury standardsIdentify and develop new retail and client opportunities in your regionMaintain and manage high-value inventory with full accountabilityProvide structured feedback on customer preferences, pricing, and product performanceThis role requires a rare combination of sales ability, operational discipline, and personal integrity.You should have:Proven experience in luxury jewellery, watches, or high-end retail salesStrong relationships or familiarity with US luxury retailers (e.g. Neiman Marcus, Saks, independent boutiques)A natural ability to build trust with both clients and retail partnersExceptional attention to detail and accountabilityThe maturity to manage high-value product responsiblyWhat We OfferThe opportunity to represent a distinctive, growing Italian luxury brand in the USA collaborative and direct working relationship with the founder and leadership teamCompetitive compensation structure (base + performance incentives)Long-term growth potential within the brand
