Mechanical Assembler
Assemble mechanical components and subsystems using standard work instructions and blueprints.
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Inspect parts and assemblies for quality; report defects and assist with corrective actions.
Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
Assist and support less experienced assemblers when needed.
Participate in continuous improvement and safety programs.
Follow verbal and written instructions to meet daily production goals.
Accurately complete documentation for production and inspection records.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
High school diploma or GED preferred
3+ years of relevant experience in mechanical assembly (power generation, oil & gas, or industrial equipment ideal)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, part lists, and work instructions
Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stand, and move throughout the shift
Basic computer and documentation skills
Willingness to follow safety procedures at all times
Collaborative attitude and openness to learning
