Entry Junior Structural / Civil Engineer Job Title: Entry Junior Structural / Civil Engineer Job Type: Full-Time Location: South San Francisco, CA (On-site office work with local site visits) About the Role We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Junior Structural / Civil Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in structural/civil design, permitting, and construction support. You will collaborate with senior engineers on residential, commercial, and municipal projects across the Bay Area. Responsibilities Prepare and update drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Revit Support structural calculations, engineering notes, and material specifications Conduct field visits to assist with inspections and observations Help prepare engineering reports, construction documents, and permit submittals Assist with permit applications and coordination with city agencies Support cost estimating and quantity take-offs Communicate with project engineers, architects, and contractors Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field Basic AutoCAD experience required; Civil 3D / Revit experience is a plus Knowledge of building codes, structural principles, or construction practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good written and verbal communication Preferred (Not Required) EIT certification or in progress Experience with SAP2000, ETABS, or similar analysis software Field inspection or construction experience Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is required Salary Range $75,000 – $110,000 / year (Based on experience) Includes full-time benefits.
