You will be responsible for driving our core business operating rhythms — including WBRs and MBRs — and ensuring we are running the company with clarity, focus, and accountability.You’ll sit at the center of the business, connecting data, teams, and priorities to help leadership make better, faster decisions.🔍 ResponsibilitiesRun the Operating Cadence (WBRs / MBRs)Own end-to-end execution of Weekly and Monthly Business ReviewsDefine and continuously improve the structure, content, and flow of WBRs/MBRsPartner with leaders to ensure metrics are accurate, insights are clear, and narratives are sharpDrive pre-read creation, meeting facilitation support, and post-meeting follow-upsDrive Metrics & Business VisibilityDefine and maintain core business KPIs across Product, GTM, and OperationsBuild and manage dashboards and reporting that enable real-time visibility into performanceIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities — and surface them proactivelyEnable Better Decision-MakingTranslate data into clear insights and actionable recommendationsSupport executive decision-making through analysis, modeling, and structured thinkingEnsure key decisions and action items are tracked and executedCross-Functional Execution & AccountabilityPartner with leaders across Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, and OperationsDrive alignment on priorities and ensure follow-through on key initiativesAct as a connective tissue across teams to reduce friction and increase velocityImprove How We OperateIdentify gaps in processes, reporting, and communicationImplement scalable systems and workflows to improve efficiency and clarityContinuously raise the bar on operational excellence✅ Qualifications5–8+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Finance, or similarStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and actionExperience supporting executive-level stakeholders (COO, CEO, or equivalent)Proven ability to run operating cadences (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs, etc.)Exceptional organization and project management skillsStrong communication skills — able to synthesize complex topics clearly and conciselyHigh ownership mindset with a bias for actionComfortable operating in ambiguity and a fast-paced environmentNice to HaveExperience in a high-growth SaaS or tech environmentFamiliarity with GTM metrics (pipeline, conversion, retention) and product metricsExperience with tools like Looker, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics platformsBackground in consulting, investment banking, or strategic finance⚖️ Why It MattersThis role sits at the center of how Rev runs.
