Experience Profile 8–10 years of software / AI engineering with strong Python and hands-on agentic AI.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build agentic AI workflows (planning, reasoning, tool use, orchestration) in Python.Implement LLM pipelines using LangChain / LangGraph and AWS AgentCore / Bedrock.Integrate agents with enterprise APIs, data and vector stores (RAG).Optimise prompts, memory, orchestration and inference performance.Deploy, monitor and harden agentic services on AWS.Offshore senior developer leads the offshore AI sub-team, sets standards and mentors.Required SkillsStrong Python engineering fundamentals.Hands-on LangChain / LangGraph and multi-agent orchestration.AWS domain including AgentCore / Bedrock; RAG, embeddings and vector databases.Production deployment of AI services.Preferred / Nice-to-haveInsurance / underwriting exposure.AWS certification; MLOps / LLMOps experience.
