We are currently looking for a Failure Analysis Engineer to support our customers within the Strategic Microelectronics Division at Naval Surface Warfare Center - Crane.As a Failure Analysis Engineer, you will be responsible for investigation and identification of failures in semiconductor devices. You will use a variety of tools and techniques including electrical measurement, photon emission microscopy, CT X-ray analysis, FIB/SEM imaging, and EDS elemental analysis, to locate the failure site, identify the cause of failure, and make corrective action recommendations. The analysis results, conclusions, and recommendations will be incorporated into a failure analysis report.Note from Hiring Manager: I would encourage you to apply even if you don’t have a background in all essential job functions.
