Openings: 2Pay Rate: $29.00 to $31.00 per hourPossible Rotating ShiftCandidates will have to do a PI test (behavioral and cognitive) which is 5-10 minutes and a 12 minute timedNeed Up to Date ResumeAll candidates will be interviewedJob Start Date: 05/18/2026Job Summary:The primary function of this position is to assist in leading assembly activities and represented workforce to accomplish cost, schedule, and quality objectives for ESIS integration area. Assures the timeliness and quality of assembled product and production records. Assure that employees comply with defined core processes that are program specific: cabinets, bays, and other telecommunications equipment in a timely manner. Coordinates activities with the Engineering, Order Management, and Logistics Departments to ensure that the product meets the customer's needs and is delivered on time.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesIdentifies and implements changes to improve quality, schedule and costEnsures certification of employees who perform certification required taskCoordinates department activities and special projects to ensure quality and meet timetablesCoordinate with Assembly Manager for appropriate staffing levels, and scheduling to include: work assignments, employee vacations, overtime assignment, and back-up for absent employeesLead the schedule resources to meet department productivity and quality goalsCoordinates with the logistics department in staging materials for jobsDevelops and executes work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsAssures that the product is built in compliance to industry and quality standardsAddresses all quality findings and takes timely corrective actions to correct the findings and to prevent any re occurrence. A.) or A.S. in Business/Telecommunication related field from an accredited college or university; with two years related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed aboveKnowledge and experience in electronics background preferred
