This role focuses on managing full-cycle recruitment for hourly workforce roles, ensuring efficient candidate flow from sourcing through onboarding.The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing high-volume hiring demands, preferably supporting driver or blue-collar workforce recruitment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting activities from sourcing through onboardingSupport high-volume hiring efforts, targeting 15+ hires per weekSource and engage candidates through walk-ins, phone outreach, and scheduled interviewsConduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and job fitCoordinate background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding activitiesMaintain accurate candidate tracking within Workday ATSPartner with hiring managers to meet weekly hiring goalsEnsure timely processing of candidate documentation and onboarding stepsMaintain strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentProvide positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycleQualificationsExperience supporting high-volume recruiting environmentsExperience managing full-cycle recruiting processesExperience hiring hourly workforce or blue-collar rolesExperience using Workday ATS (Required)Ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneouslyStrong organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work onsite in a fast-paced recruiting environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience recruiting drivers or transportation-related rolesExperience supporting retail, logistics, warehouse, or transportation hiringExperience managing 15+ hires per weekExperience supporting onboarding and compliance processesCompensationEstimated hourly range: $30–$32/hr (W-2)Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.Work Schedule: 100% OnsiteContract Duration: 3–6 months (Temp-to-Perm potential)
