We are seeking talented people who want to do better in their work and in the world. We are specifically looking for a Client Success Manager who will serve as the primary relationship owner with Katapult Pro clients. You will drive client health, platform adoption, and revenue growth by applying segment-specific strategies, building trusted partner relationships, and connecting clients with the right Katapult Pro resources at the right time. Your ability to understand client workflows and business objectives, identify expansion opportunities, and execute clear handoffs to our services team will be critical to your impact.
