Marketing Operations LeadWould you love an opportunity to be a critical in-person leader on the management team of a family-owned professionally operated company that is taking us to a new level of growth?Are you the kind of Marketing Leader who sets a productive pace, challenges and lifts up coworkers, and refuses to accept "good enough" results?Do you thrive when you can own the number, build the system, and see the direct impact of your work every single day We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Operations Lead to scale our lead generation engine across digital, traditional, field, and outbound channels from lead acquisition and nurturing through appointment setting.This position manages a dedicated team of marketers in addition to serving on the company's leadership team as peer to the head of the Sales and Production Departments.If you are someone who is highly motivated by results, enjoys building and improving systems, and wants the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Drive a consistently full sales calendar with high-quality in-home appointments by generating lead volume through strong marketing systems and applied strategyServe on the company leadership teamBe responsible for management, motivation, and development of our marketing personnel including an in-house Digital Lead, Events Lead, Callers and Marketing SpecialistOversee and optimize multiple lead generation channels including: SEO / organic, paid digital, lead aggregators, partnerships/referrals, outbound calling, events/field marketing, and direct mailManage the departmental budget, directing the use of funds to maximize set appointments while maintaining efficient CPLIScale events and field marketing by increasing event presence and conversion ratesBuild and scale our outbound calling program into a consistent, high performing operationSupport and grow our successful word of mouth and organic lead generation effortsEnsure consistent and reliable internal brandingPartner closely with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment and resultsExercise autonomy to test, optimize and reallocate resources quickly in pursuit of constant improvementIdentify opportunities to build internal capabilities where appropriateQualifications:Experience in high-volume, direct-to-consumer lead generation environmentsStrong understanding of traditional marketing combined with call center or outbound/event marketing effortsProven track record of achieving measurable performance goalsAbility to manage both strategy and executionStrong bias for action and continuous improvementAbility to hold people accountable while maintaining strong team relationshipsPersistent positive attitudeCompensation & Benefits:Base salary: $100,000 $125,000Performance-based bonus: $10,000 $75,000+ (based on appointments, cost per lead, and revenue)Full benefits package including health insurances and 401k with company match and no vesting periodAnnual company awards trip with qualifying performance (spouse/significant other invited!)Work Environment:Full-time, in-office roleModern, comfortable office space with amenitiesStandard business hours with occasional flexibility as neededOptional, occasional visits to field events
