School and Employee Bus TransportationTaxi and Limousine ServiceCommercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and LeasingEmployment ServicesPrivate HouseholdsJob DescriptionThe Lincoln Group has partnered with a local Company, in search of a Class A Driver Applicator in Santa Maria CA!Type of Hire: Contract to HireTitle: Class A Driver ApplicatorLocation: Santa Maria, CAWork Schedule: Night Shift, 5pm until finished, 8 -10 hour shiftMonday- Saturday ,40hrs a week with overtime as neededCompensation: $23.00- $25.00Principle Duties:Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to crops in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations.- Operate and maintain application equipment, including sprayers and other machinery.- Mix and prepare chemical solutions as per the instructions.- Monitor weather conditions and adjust application strategies accordingly.- Keep detailed records of applications and product usage.- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding application schedules and progress.Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience as an Applicator or similar role in agricultural settings.- Knowledge of various pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers, including proper handling and application techniques.- Proficiency in operating and maintaining agricultural application equipment.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in application processes.- Ability to follow safety protocols and regulatory requirements.- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.- Effective communication and teamwork skills.- Bilingual in English and Spanish.For IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION, please apply immediately with your resume and availability to interview.About Lincoln Group Industrial Services:We are a woman-owned staffing firm specializing in Engineering and Light Industrial.
