Physical Therapist Location: Napa, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,545 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8 Hours per Shift: 08:30 - 16:30 Experience: Minimum of 1 year preferred License: Valid physical therapy license Certifications: BLS, Manual Therapy Must-Have: Spanish speaking preferred Description: Provide general hospital outpatient physical therapy services. Focus on post-operative cases including total knee arthroplasty, total hip arthroplasty, rotator cuff repairs, spinal surgeries, and anterior cruciate ligament repairs. Treat non-operative conditions related to neck, low back, knee, shoulder, and foot/ankle pain. Address general deconditioning and balance or gait challenges. Work with patients experiencing neurological disorders such as cerebrovascular accidents, Parkinson's disease, and traumatic brain injuries. Manage patient evaluations, assessments, and the development of care plans. Utilize various therapeutic techniques including aquatic therapy and cryotherapy. Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and ongoing care strategies. Assist with patient transport to and from treatment sessions. Work effectively within interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and wellness. Maintain compliance with relevant policies and procedures throughout assigned duties.
