Our model allows clinicians to focus on meaningful patient care without the demands of traditional home health productivity standards.Why Therapists Enjoy Working With Us Flexible scheduling — you choose your availability One-on-one patient care No OASIS documentation Primarily orthopedic caseload Supportive and responsive administrative team Opportunities for growth as caseload expands Independent work environment with clinical autonomy Bi-weekly direct deposit CompensationPay Per Visit: $80–$110+Compensation varies based on: Visit type (evaluations, follow-ups, re-evaluations, progress reports) Clinical experience Geographic coverage Documentation quality and timeliness Higher rates are available for experienced clinicians comfortable with independent home-based orthopedic care.Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients’ homes Perform evaluations and ongoing functional assessments Develop and progress individualized treatment plans Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs Accurately complete EMR documentation in a timely manner Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and the care team as needed Requirements Active Physical Therapist license in Maryland Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Minimum of 1 year of orthopedic experience preferred Comfortable working independently Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned coverage areas Strong communication and time management skills EMR/documentation experience preferred Schedule Flexible Part-Time / PRN You control your weekly visit volume Expected caseload: 0–15+ visits weekly About a2z Physical Therapya2z Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned mobile practice providing personalized in-home care throughout the Baltimore area.
