DSP Operations Manager

*About IronWill Logistics* IronWill Logistics LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner operating out of Station DAE7 in North Versailles, Pennsylvania. We dispatch 25 or more routes daily and employ a team of over 60 delivery associates. We are one of nine delivery partners operating from the same building, and we compete on two things: consistent operational execution and the quality of the environment we create for our people. We consider those to be the same objective. *Position Summary* We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the daily operation of our delivery station and to develop the team that runs it. This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the owner, with full ownership of dispatch execution, team development, safety and quality performance, and workforce planning. This role is designed for a leader rather than an administrator. The successful candidate will be someone who develops people deliberately, identifies performance issues before they appear in the metrics, and builds accountability through coaching rather than through discipline alone. *Key Responsibilities* — organized under four headings: Daily Operations (pre-dispatch, launch, closeout, rescue coordination, primary contact with Amazon station leadership); Team Leadership and Development (60+ associates and a group of shift leads, one-on-ones, ride-alongs, onboarding, retention, culture); Performance Management (weekly Scorecard ownership across safety, delivery completion, customer feedback and POD, translating data into coaching, addressing root causes); and Workforce Planning (schedules that meet volume while managing labor cost and overtime exposure, partnering with ownership on hiring and forecasts). *Schedule and Work Arrangement* This position is hybrid with a flexible schedule. On-site presence is required for pre-dispatch and route launch — this is the point in the day where operational outcomes are determined, and effective leadership of the team requires being present for it. Outside that window the schedule is largely self-directed. Candidates should understand that last-mile delivery is a seven-day operation with significant seasonal volume increases; schedule flexibility is expected in both directions, and we are committed to communicating openly about operational demands. *Qualifications* — required: three or more years of direct people-leadership experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, retail, food service, the trades, or military service; demonstrated ability to develop team members through coaching; working comfort with performance data; valid driver's license; ability to be on-site for morning dispatch. Preferred: prior DSP or last-mile experience, familiarity with scorecard metrics and telematics systems, experience managing labor cost and overtime.
