Experience: 7-9 years full systems life cycle experience. Deep technical knowledge.2. Subject matter expertise in areas: Reservations (Transactions), Web Analytics (Ecommerce transactions), and Sales (Account Tracking, Travel Agent Commissions transactions).3. Experience of working directly with the business leads especially in the area of minor enhancements or data issue resolution.4. Experience of supporting multiple technologies in the MRDW framework.5. Participates/leads requirements gathering6. Develops and manages respective aspects of a project plan with minimal assistance, including schedules, deliverables, and appropriate metrics.7. Plans and coordinates complex implementation overseeing quality control of systems functional design, usability, functionality, and implementation.8. Coordinates with quality assurance, shares services, and vendor relations teams9. May manage consulting resources10. Provides consultation for routine and complex systems development11. Makes short term plans for the team to effectively utilize resources12. Manages customer satisfaction process taking accountability for addressing concerns13. Provides accurate estimates of work efforts14. Functions as a technical resource for other team members15. Trains and/or mentors other team members, and peers as appropriate16.
