Assignment Details:Location: King City, CA Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Engagement Type: Travel contract Key Responsibilities:Provide break relief coverage for nursing staff across assigned departments Deliver patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)Float to Emergency, Med/Surg (including swing bed), and Skilled Nursing unitsSupport safe and effective patient care across varying acuity levels Maintain competency to work across multiple clinical settingsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Clinical Scope:Care for patients across all age groups (neonatal to geriatric)Work across ED, Med/Surg, and Skilled Nursing departmentsProvide support in acute and critical care environmentsRequirements (Must-Have):Active California RN LicenseBLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA required)Minimum 1 year acute care experience (within last 2 years)At least 6 months recent experience in Emergency or Critical CarePreferred:Bilingual (English/Spanish)Floating: Required across multiple departments based on needWork Environment: Acute care hospital settingPatient Population: All age groupsReporting Structure: Reports to Nurse House Supervisor / CNOCompliance: Background check and drug screening required About Patterns Hiring Patterns Inc. is a talent solutions and staffing organization supporting clients across healthcare and allied domains.
