As a Screener at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will help support smooth daily operations by screening people and packages, verifying IDs and credentials, documenting activity, and watching for unusual conditions. You will stay visible, communicate clearly with team members and site leaders, and provide customer-focused service while helping to reduce security-related incidents. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.Minimum Requirements:A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience is required.Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Allied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
