Territory Sales Manager

Title: Regional Sales ManagerLocation: South FloridaPosition Summary:We are seeking a seasoned professional with experience in the building product material industry to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager in South Florida. The ideal candidate should possess a robust understanding of working with contractors and also have a deep understanding of wholesale distribution, excelling in fostering relationships within the channel.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory, with significant focus on the irrigation contractor.Leverage existing relationships with contractors and distributors to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.Retain and develop existing contractors while also building a robust acquisition pipeline of new customers.Feel comfortable and be effective working with multiple different levels within organizations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on sales strategies and objectives.Work with designers and specifiers to learn about and incorporate irrigation products into commercial irrigation designs.Qualifications:In-depth knowledge of wholesale distribution channels and the ability to work effectively within them.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.Willingness to travel within the South Florida territory as required.
