Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner based in Deerfield Beach, FL. The Nurse Practitioner will assess, diagnose, and manage patient healthcare needs, including conducting physical exams, developing treatment plans, and prescribing medication. Responsibilities will also include patient education, coordinating care plans with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate medical records. The Nurse Practitioner will play a vital role in ensuring patient-focused, high-quality care in alignment with the practice’s commitment to excellence. Qualifications Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and development of treatment plansProficiency in prescribing medication and managing chronic and acute conditionsAbility to educate patients and families on health management and preventive careExperience in maintaining accurate medical records and utilizing electronic health record systemsEffective communication and interpersonal skills for working collaboratively with patients and healthcare teamsActive Nurse Practitioner license in the state of FloridaMaster’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited programBLS and ACLS certifications are preferred
