About the Job We are looking for organized, friendly and hardworking people for our back of house. Some of the things that you will be doing are garnishing dishes, expediting at the food pass, firing orders at a reasonable pace, food preparation via recipe, keeping up with the seasonal menu changes, learning the line, cleaning, restocking, organizing, and overall providing a great experience to our guests. You will also be responsible for keeping all refrigeration, storage, and working areas in clean and safe working conditions with compliance to Health Department Regulations. We train from the ground up because we want to ensure the organizational culture we deeply value. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a lead line cook or Jr. Sous Chef in a high volume restaurant Fine/advance knife skills Willing to take on challenges with a supportive team Ability to take constructive criticism and has the motivation to improve Ability to work under pressure in a calm manner with a sense of urgency Communicative and have service knowledge Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Shift: Evening shift Night shift Experience: Restaurant experience: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
