Engineering teams work in a highly regulated environment where system correctness, reliability, and transparency are essential.As a Product Full‑Stack Engineer, you will own and evolve core product and platform experiences across both frontend and backend systems. You'll play a key role in shaping user‑facing applications built in React while designing scalable Node.js services that power real‑time workflows, data exchange, and AI‑assisted functionality.This is a senior, high‑impact role with broad technical ownership, architectural influence, and close collaboration across product, data, and applied AI teams.ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve full‑stack architectures spanning React‑based frontends and Node.js backend servicesDesign and build scalable APIs and services that support data‑heavy, AI‑enabled workflowsDevelop intuitive, high‑performance user interfaces that surface complex data and system decisions clearly and responsiblyMake system‑level trade‑offs across performance, reliability, security, and regulatory requirementsPartner with data and applied AI teams to integrate AI‑driven capabilities into production user experiencesEnsure applications are observable, debuggable, and resilient under real‑world production usageInfluence frontend and backend engineering standards across multiple teamsLead ambiguous, cross‑functional initiatives where success is measured by outcomes, not ticketsMentor engineers and act as a technical leader through design reviews and architectural guidanceMust‑Have Qualifications8-10+ years of experience building and operating production software systemsStrong full‑stack background with deep experience in React (or similar modern frontend frameworks)Solid backend experience with Node.js (TypeScript strongly preferred)Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL, or similar)Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and production reliability best practicesProven ability to influence architecture and technical direction beyond a single team
