Job Title: Instructional DesignerLocation-Type: Remote (40 hrs/week, EST or CST hours)Start Date Is: June 1 - December, 31 2026Compensation Range: $39/hr - $46.75/hr W2Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401KMust be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.Job Description:The client is seeking an Instructional Designer to support high-priority enablement projects across customer success and leadership teams.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Follow the lead of senior instructional designers on enablement projectsDevelop eLearning modules, podcasts, video demos, and interactive toolkitsCreate branded slide decks, conversation guides, and assessment frameworksOptimize content for mobile, accessibility, and LMS compatibilitySupport launch readiness and troubleshoot post-rollout needsBuild engaging, scenario-based learning experiences using AI-enabled toolsRequirements:Must-Haves:Portfolio required for submission5 years of instructional design and/or content production experienceExperience with Articulate Rise, Mindsmith, or similar toolsAbility to quickly learn and complete a project using MindsmithCanva expertiseConfluence Cloud or wiki experienceStrong stakeholder management and proactive communication skillsFamiliarity with WCAG accessibility standards and mobile-first designExperience creating roleplay or live scenario-based learningLMS publishing knowledgeGoogle Slides experienceHigh comfort level using AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, or similarAbility to estimate project timelines for learning course developmentBachelor's degree preferred, not required with 10 years of experienceNice-to-Haves:Vyond experienceSeismic experienceVideo and podcast content creation experienceExperience incorporating LLMs into learning experiencesLovable or similar AI tool experience
