Lead Consultant - Infrastructure Management /Big Data /Python

Job TitleRole Overview: The candidate should have 12+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in Python development and 1+ year of hands-on experience in AI/Gen-AI projects. Strong background in backend and distributed system design with practical experience in cloud-native environments, microservices, and asynchronous APIs. Exposure to banking domain processes such as KYC, onboarding, and general banking workflows is preferred.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop backend and distributed systems leveraging Python and Google ADK.Implement AI/Gen-AI solutions in Agentic environments.Work with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases for large-scale data management.Develop and maintain asynchronous APIs, message queues, Kafka workflows, and MCP pipelines.Design and deliver microservices-based architecture and cloud-native applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions in banking-related workflows and ensure high performance and scalability.Provide technical leadership in designing, coding, and maintaining complex systems.
