Plant Diagnosis: Identify and diagnose issues such as fungus, pests, or other plant health concerns. Inventory Management: Maintain the quality of plants and merchandise, ensuring that everything is well-stocked and visually appealing. Knowledge Application: Understand various plant types and their specific environmental needs to provide tailored advice to customers. Stocking and Unloading: Assist in unloading delivery trucks and stocking merchandise efficiently. QualificationsPhysical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions. Availability: Flexible to work weekdays and weekends. Passion for Plants: A genuine enthusiasm for horticulture and a desire to share that passion with customers.
