Control System Engineer
Overview
In this role you will lead the development and productization of advanced motion control for heavy equipment, applying model-based methods to real-world autonomous machinery. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, validate, and integrate control laws that enhance precision, safety, and performance on off-highway vehicles. The role combines hands-on algorithm work with system-level thinking, shaping how machines operate in demanding environments. You’ll drive impactful improvements from simulation to real-time deployment.

ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and productize advanced control law algorithms for dynamic heavy machineryUse MATLAB and Simulink for model-based designs, signal conditioning, and feedback compensationApply sensor fusion and filter techniques for real-time pose estimation and vehicle dynamics modelingValidate algorithms in simulation and on real-time target hardwareDefine robust system architectures and collaborate across teams to ensure product performance and integrated software
