(Contract) Producer / Project Manager

The Producer/Project Manager’s role is to directly own the end-to-end production and delivery process, on time and on budget. The Producer/Project Manager is responsible for communicating effectively with the team and vendors throughout the Production process. This role is fast-paced and requires superb communication, ongoing collaboration, and a can-do attitude.**This role is remote but requires candidates to be based in Los Angeles****This is a 3-month contract opportunity with the potential to transition into a full-time role**What Your Day to Day will Look LikeOwn end-to-end delivery across production and project management, including scopes of work, timelines, budgets, and final delivery from pre-production through post.Bring productions to life across a range of scales—from larger, more structured shoots to lean, scrappy executions—while maintaining a high level of quality and creativity.Lead set design and world-building efforts, translating creative concepts into tangible, visually compelling environments.Build production bids inclusive of timelines/review calendars, budgets and corresponding assumptions and inclusions, and production calendars.Tightly manage the OOP budget across all projects, fully owning hard costs to roll up into one holistic budget.Partner closely with Creative and Brand/Strategy to advise on feasibility, guide execution, and bring ideas to life effectively.Source, negotiate, and manage production vendors, crew, talent, and locations, while overseeing all contracts, permits, payroll, and insurance COIs.Lead internal project communication and manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring teams are aligned as priorities shift and work progresses.Maintain organized project documentation and reporting, proactively identifying risks, anticipating scope changes, and optimizing production workflows and processes against established KPIs.Qualifications & Skills6+ years of experience in production within advertising, content, or social-first environments, with a strong understanding of end-to-end production workflows from pre-production through post.Deep understanding of how content is created for social platforms, with experience producing high-volume, fast-turn deliverables across channels like TikTok and Instagram.Expert understanding of production workflow and all required agreements, contracts, and logistical details along the way.Proven ability to bring productions to life across a range of scopes.Strong command of budgets and timelines, with experience managing projects of varying sizes from inception through delivery.Comfortable owning client-facing production conversations and managing expectations.Skilled in managing internal stakeholders and external vendors, with a strong eye for talent across crew, directors, DPs, and production partners.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, communicate clearly, and proactively identify risks in real time.
