Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Professional at Calavan Kia West, located in Lithia Springs, GA. The Sales Professional will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting vehicles, understanding their needs, and presenting appropriate options. Additional tasks include maintaining product knowledge, providing top-tier customer service, managing sales leads, and facilitating the sales process from introduction to post-sale follow-up. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsExperience in retail, customer service, or automotive sales (preferred but not required)Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in managing sales pipelines and prospecting leadsWillingness to learn and adapt to product and process knowledgeValid driver’s license and a clean driving recordBasic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
