Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Installer role located in Batavia, IL. The Installer will perform the installation of vehicle upfitting solutions such as storage systems, racks, and other commercial vehicle components. Daily responsibilities include the proper assembly, fitting, and installation of equipment according to client and company specifications. The Installer will also perform quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures. Qualifications Experience with tools such as drills, saws, wrenches, and other hand and power toolsCompetence in vehicle systems, wiring, and installation of equipmentProblem-solving skills to troubleshoot installation issues and ensure quality outcomesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and installation instructionsGood understanding of safety protocols and ability to follow guidelinesStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanshipPhysical capability to lift, carry, and install heavy equipmentPrior experience in vehicle upfitting, auto repair, or a related technical field is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or training preferred
