Bus Motor Coach Driver

The Motor Coach Operator operates Sedans, SUV, Van mini-buses 40&55-Passanger Coaches and passengers Executive Coach. Sign on Bonus $2,500.00, and Referral Bonus. Responsibilities and Duties: · Picking passengers up at assigned location without delay. · Complete a pre/post trip bus inspection for each shift. · Follow all traffics laws and regulations. · Complete written reports as required. · Follow your assigned route, making designated stops as required. · Assists passengers with luggage as needed · Always ensure safety of the passengers, surrounding vehicles, as well as pedestrians and bicyclists while operating the vehicle. · Make sure you have the proper and clean attire. · Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications: · Commercial Driver’s License Class A or Class B · Passenger endorsement · Airbrakes endorsement · SPAB or School Bus certificate a plus · Minimum 2 years driving charter bus · Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background with no felony, DWI/DUI, controlled substance arrests or convictions; pre-employment drug screen; DOT physical and MVR check · Must be able to successfully utilize GPS and electronic hours of service tracking technology · Must be able to drive and work outside in all kinds of weather · Ability to communicate by telephone, two-way radio and in person clearly · Excellent customer service skills · Must speak fluent English is a courteous, friendly and professional manner with supervisors, managers, customers, guests, co-workers and all other persons. Physical Qualifications: · Must be willing and physically fit to be able to lift and move baggage (up to 75 lbs), maneuver up and down stairs, repeatedly bend, kneel and stretch. · Must be able to remain stationary (sitting) for long, extended periods of time Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K, Sign on Bonus $2,500.00, and Referral Bonus.
