This position is onsite, five days a week , and is ideal for a motivated attorney with a strong background in workers' compensation law and experience handling virtual hearings. The role requires commitment to client advocacy, excellent legal skills, and the ability to manage cases efficiently and independently.This position requires an individual who is highly organized, proactive, and confident in managing a full caseload from intake through resolution . The attorney must be committed to delivering high-quality legal representation and maintaining strong communication with clients, colleagues, and administrative agencies. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, persuasive advocacy skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating within a supportive team environment .
