Embedded Engineer

Role: Embedded Engineer (W2 role) Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite Need Local candidate only .) 6+ Month Visa: No CPT, OPT, H1B Job Description Highly experienced in Embedded/Desktop/Server firmware development. The candidate must be having Semicon Industry background. Should have an intrinsic understanding of x86-64 Server ISA to design and analyze the impact of feature addition/modification/removal on the system performance. Should be highly proficient in x86_64 BIOS/UEFI/Coreboot/Tianocore/Bootloader/RTOS development. Should have worked on emulation platforms like QEMU/SPIM. Knowledge of PCIe/NVMe/SATA and other standards for data transfer. Working knowledge of data transfer protocols like UART/SPI/I2C/I3C for on-board communications. Should be able to devise new/enhance existing data structures using the C language for firmware implementation. Should be able to work independently on the assigned task with no or minimum supervision, by analyzing technical specifications and data sheets.
