The Manager will oversee daily cafe operations, prepare high-quality coffee beverages, support food preparation, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include mentoring and training baristas, maintaining cleanliness standards, managing inventory, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment. The role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to manage both staff and guest interactions seamlessly.
