Leasing Consultant (Part-Time)

Part-Time Leasing ConsultantGSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Part-Time Leasing Consultant in Clovis, CA, come join our dynamic property management team!In this role, you will manage all day-to-day leasing and marketing activities, including apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. You will provide exceptional service to prospects, residents, and clients while supporting the community's objective of maintaining budgeted occupancy at optimal rental rates.The position is scheduled for Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during winter months and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during summer months. The role also requires Saturday hours from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., for a total of 28 hours per week. Compensation for this position is $18.00-19.00 per hour.Collaborate and support the Manager and Portfolio Manager as neededInteract with prospects and residents to achieve maximum occupancyManage leasing traffic, conduct tours, lease units, qualify prospects, and complete follow-upsPrepare lease documents and complete move-in paperwork and proceduresMaintain databases and ensure tour routes, amenities, and show units meet company standardsProvide exceptional customer service to new and current residentsAssist with keeping marketing documents, supplies, reports, ads, and web content updatedBuild and maintain relationships with local businesses, employers, and brokersStay informed about local events and hiring trends that may impact the propertyMaintain knowledge of the market and submarkets, including competitors and customer demographicsStay current on all federal, state, and other regulatory requirements and programsRequirementsAt least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing2 years of customer service experience with a focus on providing a positive customer experienceComfortable using computers and everyday technology, including:Microsoft OfficeEmail and internet navigationSocial media platformsWell-organized with strong attention to detailAble to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentComfortable following direction while also working independentlySchedule availability: Monday, Thursday, and FridaySummer hours: 9:00 a.m.6:00 p.m.Winter hours: 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.Saturdays: 10:00 a.m.2:00 p.m.Flexible and willing to work with school schedules
