Grain Elevator Feed Mill Maintenence Technician

GRAIN ELEVATOR, FEED MILL & MILLWRIGHT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Duties Include: *Inspect, maintain, repair, and install grain elevator, feed mill, and material handling equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. *Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on conveyors, bucket elevators, augers, drag systems, grinders, mixers, pellet mills, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and related equipment. *Carry out millwright duties, including machinery alignment, installation, dismantling, and relocation in accordance with manuf acturer specifications and safety requirements. *Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system malfunctions and take appropriate corrective action within the scope of training and classification. *Perform welding, cutting, fabrication, and mechanical repairs as required to support plant operations. *Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work orders, and technical manuals applicable to assigned tasks. *Comply with all OSHA, NFPA, MSHA (where applicable), and company safety regulations, including but not limited to lockout/tagout, confined space entry, fall protection, and hot work procedures. * Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas and properly use assigned tools and personal protective equipment. *Valid drivers license This is Full Time Position with Benefits:* Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance * Life Insurance * Vacation & Paid Holidays *401kApply online www.midiowacoop.com or call Rick at 641-485-4710 provided by The Marshalltown Times-Republican recblid 1hol8v2481fvngfqwc24cer3sfnq7f
