This role offers the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in a supportive and friendly setting.Base Salary: $38,000-$50,000, based on experienceIf you possess the skills to connect with people and are ready to make a positive impact, Walker Insurance Agency, Inc. is excited to meet you!BenefitsAnnual Base Salary + Bonus OpportunitiesPaid Time Off (PTO)Health InsuranceLife InsuranceRetirement PlanMon-Fri ScheduleCareer Growth OpportunitiesPaid Holidays (10 per yr)Hands on TrainingResponsibilitiesAssess inbound prospect's personal insurance needs and provide accurate insurance proposals Generate Evidence of Insurance to all personal lines clients as needed.Provide prompt, accurate, friendly service by responding to inquiries from existing policyholders regarding their insurance coverage, additional coverage options, policy changes, claim submission and procedures, rates, and billing questionsEvaluate, review, and remarket renewal policies for existing clients as neededProvide accurate information to policyholders regarding policy terms and coverage Manage, update and maintain accurate client and prospect data in agency management system RequirementsEducation: Associates degree, preferably in business, or equivalent financial industry experience required.Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and de-escalation skills to manage customer concerns.Customer Focus: Dedicated to providing top-notch customer service with a positive attitude.Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and client information management.Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and database management software.Company DescriptionIndependent Insurance Agency
