Refinish Technician

JOB DESCRIPTIONPrep vehicles for paint:- Sand all parts/panels needing paint including blend panels.- Sand for prime.- Mask all panels/cover car.- Apply primer and block.Paint vehicles:- Apply primers, sealers, basecoats, and clear coats.- Blend all appropriate panels.Polish vehicles:-Utilize finishing abrasives, sanding products, buffing equipment and compounds to refine finished textures within the painted panels.REQUIREMENTS- Must have at least 2 years experience or vocational training- Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage parts in excess of 50 pounds- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Ability to pass a drug test and background check- Must be dependable, maintain a clean and organized environment, be a team player while paying attention to detail and maintaining a positive attitudeBENEFITS- 100% paid Employee BCBS Health Insurance- 100% paid Employee Dental Insurance- 401K Retirement offered with up to 4% match- One week of paid vacation after six months of employment and two weeks of paid vacation after one year.- 4-day work weeks- Climate-controlled work environment- All tools are provided
