Our mission is to empower children, young people and families to thrive through quality and compassionate service.Our School Services Division provides a range of school support services to students in more than 100 non-public and charter schools throughout Philadelphia.We are actively recruiting Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-27 school year Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcomed and encouraged to apply – we pride ourselves on the outstanding level of training and support our CF mentors provide to CFs throughout the clinical fellowship experience!Full and Part-Time,10-month positions availableMinimum starting salary $57,000Our non-public SLP positions are part-time or full-time: Limited paperwork, maximum therapy, NO IEPs! Super flexible opportunity to work 1 - 5 days per week and build your clinical skills!All CORA team members are expected to uphold the mission, vision and values of CORA Services which includes valuing all individuals and supporting each individual’s potential for growthIn addition, as a Speech Language Pathologist your duties will include:Provide screening and diagnostic services to students; select, administer, score and interpret appropriate diagnostic measures.Plan intervention and collaboration when specific speech and language needs are identified; write and implement therapy goals; collect data; write diagnostic, progress and final reportsFormulate student caseload, create and share daily and weekly therapy schedules; deliver weekly, thirty-minute therapy sessions in small groupsMake appropriate referrals beyond CORA's scope of serviceAdherence to all program and agency guidelines and requirements concerning caseload management, and maintaining a consistent schedule of services at assigned schoolsOther relevant duties as assigned or requiredQualificationsMaster’s degree (M.S. or M.Ed.) in Speech Pathology, Communication Sciences, or Speech and Language Services in SchoolsASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, not requiredPA Dept of Education School Certification requiredAbility to establish & maintain strong working relationships with agency & school staff at all levels, as well as clients, interns and peers from other agenciesOutstanding interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilityAbility to be effective and meet deadlines while working independentlyCORA OffersMedical, dental and vision coverages with a competitive company premium contribution (eligible 1st day of the month following date of hire)Company paid life/AD&D and LTD coveragesSupplemental voluntary benefits including STD, accident, critical illness, etc.403b retirement plan with generous company contribution after one year of servicePaid time off + 12 paid agency holidaysEmployee Assistant ProgramFamily Planning Benefits (including cash benefit to assist with IVF, egg freezing, adoption, or surrogacy)An outstanding, inclusive work environmentCORA Services Inc. provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religious creed, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
