Account Manager
JOB SUMMARY: Oversees sales activities and develops relationships with current customers as well as sourcing and growing new accounts. Grows the business by building successful, long-term relationships.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accountsBuild long-term customer relationships and conduct regular business reviewsIdentify new business opportunities and convert leads into active accountsStay on top of industry trends, emerging markets, and competitive activityCoordinate customer training with product and vendor partnersServe as a trusted resource on products, trends, and technologyCollaborate with internal teams to align pricing, inventory, and customer strategyRepresent the company at local, region, and national industry events.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:2-3 years’ field sales experience, with flooring sales experience a plusStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage a sales pipeline and prioritize effectivelySelf-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independentlyValid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.LocationLexington, KY
