You're the face of the club, setting the pace, driving the culture, and leading by example — especially when it comes to sales.· Coach your team. You'll guide and develop your Sales Manager and Operations Manager, who each lead their own teams of Fitness Consultants and Connection Specialists.· Own the sales floor. Whether it’s generating leads, closing memberships, or boosting revenue, you’re actively involved and visibly engaged.· Keep the club running strong. From cleanliness and staffing to scheduling and service — you’ll be hands-on with day-to-day operations and accountability.· Grow people and performance.
