DescriptionJob Title: Licensed Outpatient Therapist Location: Brentwood, PA (On‐site / Outpatient Clinic) Employment Type: Full‐time Salary: $40.00/hour -$45.00/hour Date Posted: 2/15/2026About the Role Clarvida is hiring a Licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our counseling team in Indiana, PA. This full‐time role offers competitive pay, flexible evenings (2 nights per week until 6 or 7 pm), and a transition to a billable/non‐billable compensation model based on performance and experience. As a Licensed Outpatient Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy, maintain client caseloads, and complete clinical documentation in a timely manner . You will engage with clients and families in build ing therapeutic relationships and delivering care that aligns with Clarvida's person‐centered, trauma‐informed care model.ResponsibilitiesDeliver individual and family therapy sessions for consumers assigned to your caseloadComplete required clinical documentation promptly and accuratelyWork evenings twice weekly (until 6 or 7 pm) to accommodate client needsTransition to a billable/non‐billable rate structure after initial onboarding periodCollaborate with clinical supervisors, peers, and support staff to ensure quality of careRequired QualificationsMaster's degree in Psychology , Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical discipline from an accredited institutionValid Pennsylvania license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFTVerified clinical practicum experienceStrong documentation, communication, and therapeutic skillsWillingness to work evening hours part of the weekPreferred QualificationsExperience in outpatient therapy or mental health counseling settingsFamiliar with maintaining and growing a caseload under billable/non‐billable modelsProficiency in therapy modalities relevant to both individual and family workCompensation & BenefitsFirst 90 days: $20.00/hour (building caseload)After 90 days: Billable hours $40‐$45/hourNon‐billable hours $15/hourFull‐time benefits including paid vacation (increasing with tenure)Separate sick leave that rolls over annuallyUp to 10 paid holidays (varies by state/county)Medical, dental, and vision insurance optionsDaily Pay .
