This is a 12-month contract working in Austin, TX (Hybrid) offering a pay rate of $48 per hour based on skillset. After six months of employment, enjoy a 4% matched 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting.Duration: 12-month contractLocation: Austin, TX (Hybrid)What You’ll Be DoingReview and analyze site performance metrics, including but not limited to, cycle time, close out package (COP) first time right, (Job Hazard Assessment) JHA compliance, build quality, and customer specific requirements.Based on site review and analysis, identify Supplier performance areas in need of improvement, provide feedback on site performance metrics to Territory Director and Suppliers, and partner with Suppliers to correct, adapt, and respond to the feedback.Engage with suppliers on-site to conduct root-cause analysis of performance deficiencies, troubleshoot problems, and ensure that Suppliers correct real-time discrepancies related to safety and construction.Review and evaluate market-level on-site requests, such as supporting customer meets, site access, and validating construction drawings, to support in project completion.What We’re Looking ForMinimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Wireless Construction Manager with project builds over 200 sites focusing on DAS.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Must have intermediate experience with MS ExcelApply today to help with site walks to project close outs with our client.#Wireless #ConstructionManager #DAS #TechJobs
