Commercial Technician: experienced mechanic at an oil change or aftermarket shop or dealership looking to further their career to becoming a Factory Certified technician. Having an interest in larger commercial vehicles and diesel engines recommended. 3 years automotive repair experience. Main Shop Technician: state certified Mechanic. ASE certified and/or dealership experience preferred. 3 years automotive repair experience. Technician Apprentice: experienced mechanic at an oil change or aftermarket shop looking to further their career to becoming a Factory Certified Technician. 2 years minimum automotive repair experience. Quick Lane Technician: hands on mechanically capable person looking to get their start on a career path to becoming a Certified Technician. No experience necessary. Will train the right person.
