In this role, you oversee daily service operations across the dining room and banquet spaces, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, presentation, and efficiency. You lead and support service and bar staff while maintaining a strong presence on the floor, engaging with members and guests to ensure an exceptional experience. You play a key role in creating a seamless, well-executed service environment while upholding the club's commitment to excellence.WHAT YOU'LL DO• Supervise dining room, banquet, and bar staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of dining and banquet areas• Monitor service flow to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery• Engage with members and guests to ensure satisfaction and address requests or concerns• Support team members through coaching, direction, and hands-on assistance during service• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and service standardsWHAT YOU'LL EARN• Wag: $17 -$20• Weekly pay with on-demand access for emergencies• Medical insurance with employer-subsidized premiums• 401(k) retirement savings plan with company participation• Paid time off accrued weekly• Complimentary parking and daily shift mealsRequirementsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR• High school diploma or GED required• 1-3 years of restaurant or banquet supervisory experience• Experience in private club or hospitality environment preferred• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards• Food safety and alcohol service certifications preferred• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?You're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
