This is more than an entry-level role. You will have the opportunity to develop technical expertise, influence operations, and build leadership skills while working in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will be trusted with real responsibilities and supported by a team committed to your growth and development.Key AccountabilitiesLeading projects that improve safety, environmental performance, and operational excellence.Building and maintaining emergency response programs, coordinating drills, and helping ensure site readiness.Developing and delivering engaging training programs that help employees work safely and confidently.Participating in incident investigations to identify deep causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.Supporting company audits, government inspections, and customer visits.Using data and analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and drive improvements.Partnering with contractors and service providers to ensure safe work practices and effective risk controls.Implementing programs and processes that identify hazards and reduce risk across the facility.Working with experienced EHS professionals who will mentor and support your development.Contributing to a culture where everyone goes home safe, every day. QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
