URGENT Need - Customer Service RepresentativeWe are seeking Customer Service Representatives for our Middle River, MD location. Must have at least 1-2 years of previous customer service and call center experience. This is a long term contract based position. Pay $17/hr. paid on a weekly basis.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Assists customers with the account opening processAccurately explains the terms/conditions and policies/procedures relating to the accountProcesses account payments, perform cash out process at end of shiftConsistently meets or exceeds performance goals to ensure the highest quality of service is provided to the customerPerforms account maintenance, including account changes, adjustments, and statement requestsContacts customers for additional account informationAssists in problem correspondence as requiredPrepares reports including CSR Daily Activity report and cash out reportRequirements:Must be able to submit to and pass a criminal background checkMust be able to submit to and pass drug screeningHS Diploma (preferred)
