Assistant Teacher
```Duties```
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Provide basic care needs such as feeding, diapering, and naptime
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and educational activities
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility
```Experience```
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or childcare setting
- Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus
- Education in early childhood education or a related field is preferred
Skills:
- Ability to provide quality care for toddlers and young children
- Strong understanding of child development principles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
