Global Chapter Program Specialist

To support the PMI: Next strategy, the mid-to-senior level Global Chapter Program Specialist III will develop and implement global chapter programs and activities, focusing on enhancing chapter support and engagement while working remotely in a full-time capacity. Key responsibilities Lead the review and implementation of improvements to Global Chapter programs and services Partner with regional teams to ensure successful execution of global programs and enhance chapter member experiences Support the growth of PMI's influence with global chapters and drive business activities aligned with PMI: Next strategy Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience Minimum 5-7 years in account management and business development Experience in community/chapter programs administration Customer-facing experience with a focus on problem-solving and resolution Strong relationship management skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
