Senior Software Java Engineer (W2 only)

Job Description: We are looking for a Java Developer with 8+ years of experience in building, deploying, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with DSA, Java, Spring boot, Kafka, and Cassandra, and a strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems. This role requires someone who can thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.8+ years of hands-on experience as a Java Developer.practical, applied/ real problem-solving/ solid practical problem solvers. Backend-heavy stack: Java, Spring boot, Kafka, Cassandra, Postgres, need both SQL and NoSQL DB knowledge. ~90% of the work is backend, 5–10% internal tooling. Strong proficiency in Core Java and Spring Boot Architecture and components. Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
